The IGEBM that had once inhabited Chaoseus 1122.27 and been a member of the Chaos Legion was corrupted by the power of an all-knowing database and turned into the evil Maddened One. This being recruited allies from the main universe, Normax 1010.17, known as the Four Horsemen, and later joined them there to raze PMC and activate a collider that would kick-start his mission of multiversal conquest. The IGEBM, Si, Tzyber, Dr. Golden, and Greief of Normax 1010.17 were able to stop him and his mind-controlled Astral Beast army and send him to unspace, where he eventually vaporized. They were aided by the united forces of PMC and the Chaos Legion, who had arrived from their home universe thanks to Golden.

After the battle, the Legion returned to their home universe, where they had to deal with the aftermath. The Astral Beasts, now free from the Maddened One's control, began attacking stronger than ever, as a portion of his simple "kill everything and don't stop until it's all destroyed" order still lingered in their minds. Anarchist Si, the leader of the Legion, made High Battlemasters Diiby and Clay the leaders of the Northern District, which IGE once ran. About a month later, the Chaos Legion was still fighting for their lives, but their forces were strengthened by the arrival of another IGEBM. This one was a half-cyborg from Chaoseus 723.20, who was basically the same as 1122.27 IGE aside from appearances, as there were only minor differences between the two universes.

IGE took the previous IGE's place as a Supreme Commanding Legionmaster (but not given control of the Northern District) and become Si's right-hand man. The two were just as close, and it was almost as if IGE had just left for a bit and come back. To this day, IGEBM remains an important member of the Chaos Legion, dealing with the majority of international communications and working with Si and fellow Supreme Commanding Legionmaster Cloud to manage the army.

Supreme Commanding Legionmaster IGEBM is armed with two plasma rifles as well as an electro-machete. In addition, he equipped himself with an arm blade on his right arm. His left hand can fire heated plasma beams that melt through even the strongest of metals, and he can also use his energy powers to generate energy weapons, like his favored kusarigama, and to teleport short distances.

The name of this skin (well, part of it) is from a Chaos Legion-themed rewrite of the chorus of Gloryhammer's "Rise of the Chaos Wizards" (from their 2015 Apocalypse 1992 album), which I showed Cloud and Si in PMs. Here's the rewrite:
