Dragend's Jungle is a resource pack created for round 2 of the 2024 Texture Tournament run by Butterd (Theme: Jungle).
This resource pack changes all the animals found in jungle biomes into different species found in jungles around the real world.
For mobs found exclusively in jungle biomes, they have been redesigned to fit animals with similar behaviors.
For animals found all across the overworld, their new species only show up in jungles, and they will look entirely normal in all other biomes.
This entire resource pack was created in under a week for the second round of the Texture Tournament, and although it is in a finished state, I do have ideas for similar content surrounding other biomes, so keep a lookout on my profile page for more from me in the future.
A mod that allows custom entities to work such as OptiFine or Entity Model Features will be required for the models to show up properly, but Dragend's Jungle should work in many versions of the game.
