IMPORTANT:
On Fabric, after the pack is loaded, you have to do F3+T again to get textures if you're not using latest EMF/ETF mod!

9.0.4: Tweaked two strawstatue textures
- Changed regex check on strawstatues so "Text" would not take texture from "text and other stuff"
9.0.3 Moved json items models from minecraft/models to minecraft/overrides as it is meant to be done with Chime. So now not using chime will not give your the missing texture anymore on vanilla items. Also added Forge guard villagers so there is no more 2 separate download links.

9.0.2: Fixed a typo in the villager.properties files wich might had lead to messed up skin randomisation

How you get custom items? Simply by renaming them. BUT you absolutely need Chime! CIT support might be done later on, but there is like about 500 ++items...... (sorry forge users for now...) Remember you can dispense a pumpkin to villagers with a dispenser. So you can put some of the custom hat on them :) The list of names and what item to be use is in the ressource pack called : Custom Item List.xlsx
Usually names will make sense to you if you followed the hermits. Items you need to rename also are the one they used themself

NOTE for TCG: you don't get the actual maps. Only the sprites that appear in the inventory. And they use paper instead of maps, as I feel it made more sense here.

For this pack to work, you'll need:
Entity Texture Features, (at least 5.0)
Entity Model Features, (at least 1.2)
Chime.
CITResnew.

Should work for any minecraft version that support ETF/EMF mods

You optionally can use this with Villagers Names mod from Serilum (Config name file in the pack)
If you use Friend and Foes mod, the beekeper job is supported by this pack

Hi there!

Any idea why it would only be replacing the heads of villagers instead of the whole body? It seems to try and put parts of the whole skin onto just the head. I can't think what would be conflicting.

How hard is it to add more of our own skins to work with the renaming feature?

Not much it follow the classic optifine structure, Just place your textures in assets\minecraft\optifine\random\entity\villager Rename them villagerX
X beiing a number that is not already present in the pack
(by defaut I left the 8 for your skin, but you can put above 231 if you want to put more than one
Then you open the villager.properties with bloc note or whatever and add these lines:
skins.X=X
name.X=iregex:The Name you want

If you add the 8, I believe you have to put these line between 7 and 9

If you add above 231, you add them at the end of the list before the biomes distribution.



Don't forget to edit your texture files in the correct way :)
