Optifine doesn't support modded entities. You HAVE to use Entity Model Features (Wich require Entity Texture Features)

Reworked Guard villagers to have unique animation with differents weapons



Also re-added support to older guard villagers version (steve model don't have custom attack for these weapons on older verions)
This will be dropped when 1.20 will be obsolete.


Friends and Foes Wildfire will now loose shields when loosing health


Tweaked a bit some Ravage and Cabbage animations








This pack aim to bring the flair of Fresh Animations into the modded world.
This pack is not made by Fresh LX, and is meant to be used along side his.


I want to cover mods of both Forge and Fabric loader (not only mods present on both)
I try to retain how texture is mapped for each mods, so you can easily still have your own. It will be notified if for whatever reason I can't.
Should work with any Minecraft version that EMF/ETF support.

/!\/!\/!\ Disclaimer! Some querks might occur. Like a helmet on a guard villager will not follow the head corectly, or some attacks won't have animations. In some case it might be me who don't know what I'm doing, or it could be the way the mod vs EMF works wich lead to it not being possible. If you see something weird you can write a comment. If I can fix it, I will.

You can always suggest a mod to add. (Good to know: I won't add animations to crazy boss mods or things "not in line" with a vanilla fell)
Please suggest mods that are up to date with at least 1.20(.1) 1.19... :p

(It takes a Pillage sadly not compatible)

    • Bow/crossbows
    • Mace
    • Tridents
    • Axes

Guard Villagers BUG: Steve Model can't wield the crossbow and bow + they have two bodies merging, one stiff and one animated.

Yes! Neoforge 1.21.1, I have the latest EMF and ETF and using

guardvillagers-2.3.0-1.21.jar + Freshly Modded 1.5.6 + Latest Fresh Animations.

It works perfectly if the steve guards only have swords, maces and shield with them but then this bug happens if they equip bow and crossbow and they don't have aiming/reloading animation.

Apologies for the capital letters I don't know why it did that. Awesome Resourcepack by the way, makes kingdom survival roleplay fun and lively.

Hi, the bug that make the guards to not unholster their items is still present.

Also, it would be nice to have compatibility with Creeper/Enderman Overhaul, it takes a pillage, and others.

Do not use EMF 2.1.X for the guard to not have this bug, only 2.0.X.
It takes a pillage can't be modified with emf, dunno about creeper/enderman overhaul, but I feel some other pack already cover this?

Oh also idk if you know but theres a bug with the friends and foes wildfire where when this pack is enabled it doesnt lose its sheilds when taking damage
