How can i add more random villager skins? I want to add more villager variants but i don't know how, i Made My own villager skins but i need like 50 more mob spaces to use them all

hey they keep changing. Like I saw a cartogrifer with black shin and black eye brows and a beard, I look away for 2 secends and then he is a white skin gray hair witha scare over hes eye

How do you make them mobs have custom skins? Is it code related because I'm trying to make my own pack with random mob textures
