General Features:
- Grass Blocks become snowy regardless of whether or not they're under a snow block.
- Ground cover and other foliage also becomes snowy.
- The backs of Sniffers and other mossy mobs become snowy.
- Various blocks use softer sounds to coincide with their new, snowy texture.
- Water becomes a lighter and more more cyan shade of blue in most landlocked biomes.

- Particle cbf:falling_leaf for map creation.
- A bunch of deprecated and broken sound events. They are questionable.
Known Compatibilities (Load Y'all It's Winter higher):
- Cornbread's Texture Fixer
- Conglomeration
- Any pack that does not change blocks, items, or biomes.
Known Issues:
- Actual snowfall is still exclusive to snowy biomes, due to weather using a different system to other particles.
- Leaves become weirdly bright during snowfall. This is due to their hardcoded behavior being designed for darker textures.

- Fixed a pack oversight that caused leaves and other foliage to be tinted an ugly grayish green color in the Pale Garden.
- Tweaked the MERS textures for Creepers, Sniffers, and their Spawn Eggs.

the blocks can be changed to be snowy, but i'm not sure such a thing would be part of the direction i want the pack to go. snowy course dirt is not a thing that's ever existed in vanilla (whereas snowy grass blocks are) and snowy mycelium and podzol look identical to snowy grass blocks. i could theoretically change that though. i'll give it some thought.
