Chat Room Invite

So you know how you can't tell people in the chat room to go to the server hall? Well here's my idea, there should be an invite button that can invite a person in the chat room so that they can go into a certain room without breaking a rule. I think there should be a cooldown, like maybe every minute or so. If there is a spammer, you can block them or report them for spamming the invite on you. That's pretty much it, an invite feature to silently invite them to a different room.

Where exactly is the line of what is considered spam. The rule has to be clearly defined.

Maybe borrow the 15 minute rule from advertisements? The idea that it would devolve into a spam fest of invitations I think can be ignored since the main chat hasn't devolved into a spam of advertisements.

Personally, I would rather not receive any of these invites. I prefer this not be made a thing. If it is made into a thing, I think 15 minutes would be a much more reasonable number than 1 minute. An option added to the settings where we can disable these invites entirely would also be nice if this is added.
