Cannot edit anything after first edit until page refresh.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Take any page (e.g. a submission or forum feed)
2. Edit anything that doesn't require a page load (like a comment or reply)
3. Hit Save
4. Edit anything (can be a different reply/comment/wallpost or whatever)
5. Hit Save again, you'll see that the button is unresponsive.
