set status to Accepted, assigned Cyprezz. This most likely means your zip file contains one or more of the following: .exe, .bat, minecraft.jar, .rar or a .scr
I'm not sure how to fix the bug but there is a way around it, if you paste a link to the mod file (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/crimson-junk-bags-loot/files/3143825) into the "alternative download" box in the submission page then you should be able to make the download link lead to the curseforge download link.
I added the link to the curseforge page, but I will do your suggestion too, its weird why my first 2 mods were ok. Maybe I'll re-compile the mod and try again

uploading my mod jar file "has issues"

OS: Windows 10
I wish to upload a mod Jar file for Minecraft 1.16.4. PMC constantly says the zip file has issues
