When I click to upload a .zip file of a texture it tells me that there was an error and that I should save all of the information I put in and submit a report. So here I am, submitting a report. I hope this gets fixed because I can't upload any texture packs right now :/
I'm very sorry for wasting your time, everything is ok, it's just that when I was uploading this texture pack The file size was too large and I didn't realize that was the problem at the time I was making the ticket ._. I'm really sorry Cyprezz next time I'll double check if making a ticket is actually neccesary.

I ended up just adding a mediafire link since PMC doesn't support such large packs (I don't mean that as a complaint btw) and that all worked out so yeah. Everythings ok, I'm having no trouble whatsoever PMCing.
