PMCSkin3D doesn't show the color wheel on Opera GX

I have come across a problem that makes it difficult to make skins. There isn't a color wheel. I've noticed that Opera GX seems to be more prone to bugs than other web browsers. The color wheel will appear in other browsers but not Opera GX. This has been an issue for about a month now

You may have closed it. Click on the foreground/background color squares (to the top-left of "MIRROR") to open it again.

I've tried but it didn't work. If I were to close it and open it on another browser then it would work. I think it's an Opera GX thing. Opera GX has only been around for a couple of years so it'd make sense for there to be bugs when on websites.
