Less Restrictive Avatar Sizes

Earlier, I decided to change my Avatar to a .gif file. Unfortunately, even with me optimizing it to death, it was still too large to upload. Because of this, I'm proposing that the max avatar size be increased from 350 KB to a more modest size. It doesn't have to be huge, perhaps about 10 MB at most? It would be okay if it was less, but i'm finding it impossible to optimize my (very short) gif to under 4 MB.

You already have support for .gif files, which I find odd since the upload size is so small (most gifs I've made or seen are much larger than 350 KB). I seriously feel like this needs to be changed, so if you could consider it, that would be great.
