All PMCSkin3D data is stored locally on your machine, not on our end. It's not controlled by us, it's controlled by your browser's data policies. If you have anything that clears "private" data or anything like that, it's going to wipe the site's local data storage.
If this is a common issue, I'd investigate your browser settings related to private site data and make sure you don't have any extensions or apps that are clearing them ("privacy" or "junk" cleaner apps often do this by default, which is not recommended).
The only other thing I can recommend is to export anything you create (palettes, etc) often to avoid data loss.
My whole pmcskin3d got reset
whenever i relog onto my laptop (im on linux) some sort of bug happens, this time, i lost my whole pallet that i spent ages collecting the colours and my backround got reset with it. the only thing that hasnt changed is the skin base colour. this
this has happened to me numerous times but i just recovered and went on with it, or took a break from skins. Can you please fix this.
