Sorry this happened. We haven't pushed any recent updates to PMCSkin3D.
Did you happen to recently clear your browser's history / cache? PMCSkin3D utilizes your browser for storing data & settings.
If you recreate your favorite palette, I suggest exporting it which would allow you to import it in the event this happens again. It shouldn't be happening though.
I'm assigning the developer of PMCSkin3D. Paril, may have some ideas or help investigate what might be causing the reset for you.

I am having this problem for almost the 5th time..
I'm currently using Chrome, on linux.
First, the only thing that stays the same is the colour of the begining of my skin, which is white.
My palletes comepletley disapear, which is upsetting because a while ago because my favourite pallete got deleted overnight.
I use PMCSkin3D every day and it is really upsetting to see their updates completley wiping my progress.
Please, if you could fix this or if anybody could help me, it would be a huge amount of help!
