Adding submissions to collections is inconsistent
When I attempt to add a submission to a collection from its preview on a page that lists many submissions, and I do not use the "Add to opened set" button, the first attempt to add it will fail. The popup message indicating success will display, but no submission will actually be added. Upon a second attempt, the submission will be truly added.
If the collection is opened and I am on the submission page, the popup message will display and a thumbnail of the submission will appear in the collection sidebar, but navigating to the collection page will show that it is not actually contained in the set. A second attempt to add will show a duplicate thumbnail in the siderbar, but the submission will be truly added.
I tried this with both private and public collections. Firefox 105.0.3, Windows 10.
