I think the problem is back, the tpacks uploaded in the last hour have not received downloads (I downloaded one of those but the counter is still "0 downloads")

Possibly the downloads are failing again. It would have started a couple of hours ago (approximately)
If it's confirmed to be the same problem, I'd appreciate it being fixed.
