Currently, we have the ability to like/follow content even giving it a heart or diamond, all of which is great. EXCEPT when the content is updated then what do we do? We can't tell the dev/creator they are making great progress and to keep it up, that is other than in the comments, as the heart and diamond are already used. Now we could un-heart or un-diamond but that really doesn't help and it doesn't show the dev/creator anything useful.



But what if we could add a new button(I suggest an emerald only because well it is Minecraft) This new button would only appear when content is updated and would allow us the community to quietly tell the dev/creator that the update is awesome.



However, unlike the other buttons, it would be reset after each update is made - meaning if the updates are good the dev/creator would know and if they are not well they would also know as they would see the button not being used.



Call it another way to motivate devs/creators to continue to improve upon their work.
