Orange glow, then big ad popup

Sometimes the screen gives of a weird orange glow by the edges of the screen followed by an ad from the bottom being enlarged by 3x. It's very annoying. And another annoying feature, the Hulu ad keeps covering THE WHOLE DARN SCREEN

Been experiencing this ad as well. Looks like this. Mine isn't a hulu ad tho. Takes up a third of the screen not to mention the border is annoying

can't  it happens randomly  try going into the texture packs thing and it could appear there
