HSL shift tool stuck on parameters. (PMC Skin 3D)
I first set the hue to 68% and the lightness to 128%, but when I moved the sliders to change the adjustment parameters, it didn't change the output. When I changed the tool then re-selected it, the percentages I input remained the same but the sliders returned to the hue 68% lightness 128% position.
I'm using Chrome on an android phone.
I hope someone can fix this; thank you for your time.
