I'm trying to upload skins onto an only skins jam but it won't let me. The skins aren't part of any other jams, and I am sure it's allowed. I made a video.
So, I think you got it confused, the only the best jam was just to show for example that only one of the skins is working for that jam, but it wasn't working for the voting jam. But thanks for trying!
I manually added the skin to the jam. I unfortunately don't have the time at the moment to investigate why you were unable to do so yourself. It looks like it was created after the jam entry date and the jam does allow 2x HD skins... so I'm not sure.
