I tried to download the database, but it wouldn't let me. I have tried reloading, turning off my ad blocker and tracker blocker, trying different pathways to access the page, and resetting the database, but it didn't do anything, I cleared the cache and opened up a skin file. I have logged out and then back in, turned off and on my browser. It works for a friend who I had open the program, and it has worked for me in the past.
1) Go to PMCSkin3D 2) Open your console with Shift + CTRL + J 3) Copy and paste or take a screenshot of any messages, mainly looking for red errors.
