“@ mentions me somewhere” and “ featured by a memeber in a public collection” notifications automatically turn off, this hasn’t happened to me in a while now and I thought it was fixed because moderators said that on other tickets about this bug, but when I waked up this morning they where off again. i think like moderators said earlier that it has to do with using multiple devices. But it seems like it doesn’t happen every time I “switch” devices. i use the devices: windows 10 with Microsoft edge. iOS 17 with safari
I've been noodling at this for a while but I can't get this to occur. The only other place I can think of that resets things is if the settings get wiped somehow, but that resets everything to enabled, not disabled. Do you use different accounts at all or is this just one account on multiple devices?
I just use one account on the two devices. but it is also wierd because I used laptop yesterday and now that I’m using mobile again the settings are the same, so it’s not every time you “switch” devices
I think so, Cyprezz said that it was fixed march 26th but a week later then that and the day after that it still happened it hasn’t happened for a few days now but I think it will happen again
