Group admins should arguably be able to remove any members they want from a group, but for some reason we can't remove deleted or locked members.

When a group admin attempts to remove a deleted/locked member from a group, it only results in this:

It would be nice if it did not do that and instead actually removed the member. Otherwise, the group is stuck with some dead weight in its ranks.

Would it be hard to change this? I would like to hear what you have to say.
