Sometimes I can tag people without any problems. But sometimes for some reason I can't tag people with just ''@username''. I have to type ''@public username'' to tag someone. The biggest issue is that it's random. Yesterday I wanted to tag someone, but I can't do it the normal way, I have to type ''@public username''. Today I want to tag the same person, but this time there's no problem. I can just type ''@username''.

There's something that's bothering me... When I try to tag someone (@username...), it usually works. But sometimes I have to use ''@public username...'' to tag someone. Why is that?
