We also have some special stuff planned for proper Groups down the road, although it won't replace Hubs it'll probably be what you're thinking of.
We used to have separate sections for Console, Mobile editions but they were all merged into Bedrock when Bedrock got released. Although technically the legacy console versions and PS4 aren't Bedrock, they fall under the same category.
We already have a roleplay section in the forums under the communities section, also hubs would probably be pretty close to what you mean by groups which is also located in the communities section.
