Comments show oldest first

When we press the "view more comments" button, the oldest comments showed first and we would have to scroll all the way down to see the newer comments we wanted to see. There is no option to sort the comments into newest or oldest first, but it's been like this for us for years. We see the "view more comments" button has been redesigned, but this issue has yet to be properly addressed.

why are 26.1, 26.1.1 and 26.1.2 all listed separately? previous versions like 1.20.5 and 1.20.6 are merged into one version option.

newest. even if i switch to oldest and back to newest, the issue still persists, and it isnt just on forums. it only happens when you click "view more comments"
