When I try to submit a report on any community content I get this message:

Must provide an accurate and clear description of the issue. The minimum length is 50 characters and you currently have 0. For example: If the submission is stolen, provide adequate proof so we can quickly process the report. Thanks.

This is not the case. In fact, I have over 200 characters in the report I tried to send, including a link to the stolen image they used. I don't understand why this is happening at all, since I'm well over the character count. I've had no trouble with this in the past, it recently started occurring.
