Resource pack uploader does not allow *.PNG, however it does accept *.png
Earlier I was having problems with the resource pack editor, particularly with uploading images.
I had it tested out with three different browsers, and none of them worked.
Today I changed the suffixes of my image files from *.PNG to *.png. (uppercase to lowercase)
When I did that and uploaded them, it worked.
Reporting as a bug as it is the same file format, but with different letter casing.
The images were originally made with the Windows Snipping Tool, which, by default, capitalizes the *.PNG part of the file.
Would like to see this changed. It caused me some trouble. Alternatively, if this cannot be added, I would like to see a new error message to be shown.
Instead of:
One or more errors occurred while uploading your images:
* Error on sun.PNG: unable to open image '/home/planetmi/public_html/files/image/minecraft/texture-pack/2020/823/12838578-sun.PNG': No such file or directory @ error/blob.c/OpenBlob/3496
