19th of November 2011 a new game was born.

It was called Minecraft

Notch and His Brother were admiring the empty world about to be turned into something. But they had different ideas of what it would be. Notch wanted it to be an adventuring game, where as His Brother wanted it to be a horror game. Notch started adding things like flowers and small trees where as his brother started adding monsters and tall, dark scary trees. Notch added torches which shone bright light out into the distance where as his brother made torches that shone out a dim red light. As his brother went to notch to see what he had added, he spotted the daylight, flowers and beautiful scenery. He said "I thought this was mean't to be a horror game!" Notch says "No we agreed on an adventure and creative game" As they fought his brother was secretly adding in a dark entity that would haunt any players that stumbled across it, placing death signs and dark red torches in their path.

this is the legend of herobrine. He still lurks in your worlds following your every move.
