Hello! I have returned from the dead for the month of love! What? Were you expecting some chatting about 2017 and it's current state of chaotic rampaging? Well, no. That would be controversial, and I've had enough of that back in 2016... Now, what I'm here to talk about is the depleting amount of bloggers and the ever so popular "Is PMC Dead?" question. No, this isn't some dumb rant of me complaining about this, so quit carping! I actually am going to talk about why this may be the case with many bloggers through what I've seen over the years, and some possible math! But first, let us talk about what I'm doing currently, and what's preventing me from posting a crap-load of blogs. Let's do this!
Now, do you remember when I used to make blogs every week and there was some decent competition? ...No!?
*sigh* So let me explain. Back then in June 2016 (During the summer), I posted blogs whenever I could, and there was some decent competition. I usually followed the rule of "Don't spam a ton of blogs or else you seem desperate" rule, and I still do. Usually you'd see blogs talking about summer flicks, theories, etcetera and etcetera. People seemed to put a lot of effort into their blogs, and the only blog that appeared constantly in the articles blog section was that weird Lego Contest one (I'm seriously not sure why that's still there! ...Moving on.), and comments filled most blogs everyday. Eventually, blogs on PMC hit a dead zone. The only thing we see nowadays is those year-old blogs, and the occasional miracle blogs. Sure, people still try, but it's just not the same. It's like the 90s/Early-2000s Nickelodeon not having the crazy competition of Cartoon Network.
What could be the explanation to this? Well, school for one. You heard me talk about school in the past on a previous blog, right? Well, that was filled with much bias (Especially from my 15-year-old self not realizing the consequences on it), and I have a vastly different opinion on it (You can expect a full blog on it sometime around June). School is important, and everybody can understand it. Heck, I have to try to balance school with making blogs to keep you guys happy and entertained! Besides those people who are like "You know what? I can still balance out my work with PMC!", there are those people focused on getting that sparkly degree in the end, Bachelors or not. I am one of those people who wants their future to be bright and sparkly, and not me sitting in a basement trying to entertain you for years to come. I still want to make blogs, but I want to do it in a place that's not filthy and would smell like garbage.
Same goes for work too. People have jobs, you know, and they have a life. A common few are adults (certainly not me yet :T), and they got to keep their family or future family happy and well-natured. Nobody wants a crappy parent who works on PMC all day, am I right? Their job is just as important as keeping a bunch of people who like your blogs happy, and one should know this. Usually this is the period of "All work and no play", and this is probably why you don't see people who work on school or their job blog as much (Including me... :T).
Another thing that could be the reason is creative burnouts. Like I said in my last blog, I admitted to having a case of the "Blogger's Block" as some may call it. After you wrote everything you could, what's left to tell? You couldn't talk about controversial garbage, because people would get mad and spew nasty stuff on your page, becoming Magikarps themselves. You try thinking of a good idea, and it just doesn't work out. Sometimes, it just takes some time to think, you know? This is why I don't post a lot if it's not school dragging me down.
And now, the nerdy part into calculating this! As I examined past blog listings, Summer seems to be the best time to post statistically. People usually come out at this time because it takes school and sometimes even work out of the equation. Unless someone is on vacation, you're going to see them post a lot. Once September hits, the blogs section goes into a blue period. Usually around this time, everybody is in school, and all the comments, views, and other stuff will slowly diminish into a dead-zone. By looking at my previous blog posts, I find October to be the time where it quickly drops in comments. It could be Halloween and/or school, but it must be the time of business for most.
Now to answer that good old ever-so-famous question that is: "Is PMC dead?". Well heck no! By the looks of it, the chat is still buzzing, and skin makers are still making their content daily! PMC is still growing, and even though the blogs may not look as bright, it'll get that shining glory one day. Like I say to most viewers of my content, I don't make blogs just for the diamonds and/or fame. I do it for you guys, and that's what makes me happy. Your comments on my blogs always make me smile with glee. Every day when I wake up or come back from school, I go over to the comments section of every blog and respond to them fairly. I think of the PMC community as actual people, and not walking diamonds. This may sound cliché, but you guys are the ones keeping me motivated. You make me improve my blogs, and even my grammar and image mistakes. You even made me smarter. If it wasn't for you, I probably would've used text talk and blindly said "yes" to everything. The internet is a world of wonders and friendships, and I'm glad I made some nice friends on here. The mods/admins/developers are awesome, and even the members aren't as nasty as Minecraft's community. Just, thank you so much. Cheers to more fans and blogs in the future, and remember: "Fans come first, and winners don't do drugs!" Peace!

The memes were high quality, but not enough of them.
I can assure you that more memes are one the way! Stronger than the best, and danker than the rest! :D
