Have you ever got accepted on a server staff by the forum section on this page, and then gotten declined when you ASK for it?
Well, I'm the one who declines you. Do you want to know why?

People I accept on the forums don't understand the meaning of patience, and dedication.

I accept them on the forums, and they come onto the server asking for their rank they were accepted for. It usually ends in them either saying something like, "FUCK this server! it sucks dick!" Or them just leaving.

In a FEW cases, they stay on the server for about an hour, then leave. Never to be seen again.

In about 1/10 people, they stay on the server until they are accepted. I accept them ALWAYS. This gains my trust, and makes me believe they are dedicated.

So the next time you apply for staff on a server, be patient. Follow my instructions. Even if you think this is the WORST blog ever, it's coming from a server owner. I know what I'm talking about, because I deal with it daily. It works 99% of the time.
