--- Dimension's Custom Mobs ---
Adds 7 new custom mobs to the game, as well as 1 mini-boss. Each mob spawns in its each own unique biome and has a special reward for killing it.
New Mobs -->
Ghost - Found deep down in caves, the ghost is the easiest of the new custom mobs and likely the first to be encountered. Ghosts can inflict mining fatigue and blindness on the player from a far distance. Upon being killed, ghosts will drop powerful Ethereal Arrows that have a strong slowing and withering effect on hit mobs. (The visual duration of the arrows debuffs are bugged when read in the inventory, and instead much longer than what is said**).
Vampire - Vampires can be found anywhere in the overworld and are considerably stronger than their friend the ghost. A vampire has 4 abilities to aid it in combat.
1. Vampires can teleport to nearby players - although they will not be able to hit for a brief time after.
2. Vampires can slow players and remove their amour points temporarily, allowing all nearby mobs to hit much harder.
3. Vampires can charge up a magic bite, indicated by a red glow, that will deal significant damage to any player standing too close to the vampire.
4. Vampires can spawn in a small horde of skeletons to overwhelm the player, these skeletons do not have any drops.
For defeating a vampire, a player will be given 1 of 2 rewards. The player will either be given a Vampiric Blade or a Vampiric Brew. The vampiric blade serves as a strong early-game weapon, granting move speed when held out. On the other hand, the brew is a one-time mega potion, most helpful for defeating other custom mobs.
Wizard - Wizards can be found in the stronghold alongside their bigger counterpart the paladin. Wizards have 2 abilities. Their first is a basic spell bolt that damages nearby players. Their second ability however is to place a trap that can catch unsuspecting players off-guard, although the trap doesn't hurt a large amount, it can completely drain a player of their hunger if they don't have any milk handy!
Killing a wizard will give loot similar to what would be found in a library, alongside two Spell Books. These spell books can cast useful effects especially if playing in a larger group. Casting a spell has a cooldown of 30s (shared), and requires one lapis block as mana to cast.
The Paladin - Inspired by Terraria's Paladin, the paladin is also found in strongholds and can be a major challenge if found early on. The paladin can fire arrows in all directions each debuffing the player upon impact. Additionally, the paladin can pull players that are too far from it, making running away difficult. Adding to this the paladin also has the ability to buff all nearby mobs in the stronghold, allowing them to fully heal, last longer, and deal far more than their regular damage.
For defeating a paladin, the player has the potential to obtain 2 new items. The Paladin Helm and the Mythical Greatsword. The helm is a strong headpiece, with the same defense as a netherite helmet, it also gives extra hearts upon being worn. The greatsword on the other hand is a slow-swinging, but high-damage-dealing, weapon, particularly good at killing enemies with high health.
Soul Creature - Soul creatures can be found swooping about the soul sand valley. With high-knockback and a fierce fire blast, despite them not hitting for a lot they are almost certain to kill you once. A soul creature will always give away its presence due to its large roar, which can be heard from over 100 blocks away. Killing a soul creature has a chance to drop its shield, the Soul Shield (make sure it doesn't drop into any fire) which has 3 key bonuses compared with a regular shield. The soul shield gives bonus health, full knockback immunity, and a new passive. When killing a mob there is a small chance for this shield to replenish some bars of hunger.
The Watcher - Watchers can be found in warped forests, and appear as a floating eye. Although not easy to spot, when a watcher is close a heartbeat can be heard. Additionally, if this heartbeat can be heard, that means you are close enough for it to attack you. Once purple particles are floating around you, that means you don't have much time to prepare. In the next few seconds, you will be teleported to a random location with 64 blocks of the watcher, this could be straight over lava (cannot be inside blocks), or straight off a cliff. Moreover, watchers are incredibly tanky and have an exceptionally strong hit, meaning just because you can see it, it does not mean that fight is over.
Killing a watcher has a chance to give you the Watcher Bow. This bow teleports you to any mob you hit with it and also will briefly grant you strength 3, allowing you to quickly kill whatever you teleported to. (Current known bug, fighting watchers at high altitudes in the nether can rarely cause the watcher to warp you above bedrock**)
Ender Titan - The final and hardest enemy found, located in end highland, this mob utilizes both a trident and a bow depending on the range you fight it at. The ender titan can summon a horde of powerful silverfish, teleport to you, and summon a super-lethal bomb if you stand too far away from it. It is best advised to have full diamond with protection 3 or 4, as well as a sword with a high smite enchant, before even attempting to fight this mob.
Killing this mob will drop one of the three pieces of the new armor set, Endermian Amor. This armor is the same as netherite, but each piece of the armor grants an additional heart. This armor set does not contain a headpiece, as both the paladin and the Frost Lord drop their own, which can be used in conjunction with this armor set.
Frost Lord (Mini-boss) - Upon finding a rare deep-slate structure in snowy taigas, this mini-boss can be fought. Stand on the pearlescent froglight located at the center of the structure whilst holding an ice block to trigger the fight. Like the paladin, this boss drops its sword and head, both of which are strong, but particularly the sword.
The Frost Lord has numerous abilities, but most importantly, can cripple your attack speed, almost completely remove your armor, and can completely imprison you in ice. Whatever you do... don't stand on ice whilst fighting this titan...
Stronghold Mini Rework -->
Strongholds, over time, have become incredibly outdated compared to newer Minecraft. To alleviate this slightly, strongholds in this data pack work differently. Mobs inside strongholds have been buffed, being given new armor and weapons, in addition to the 2 new custom mobs that can spawn here. Furthermore and importantly, you can no longer mine or break blocks whilst in strongholds, until the ender dragon has been defeated. This feature aims to make exploring the stronghold a little more challenging.
Important Command -->
/function r:summon/... - will summon any of the custom mobs.
/locate structure r:litch_arena - will locate an arena where the frost lord can be fought.
/loot give @s loot r:... - will give you the loot tables for most the mobs (some mobs however, don't have loot tables and instead drop their held items as loot, to get their loot, you can spawn them and kill them).
To use creative whilst using this data pack you will need to tag yourself with the tag mod, this can be done by using the command /tag @s add mod. This will also prevent mobs from 'warping' or 'grabbing' you and allows you to break and place blocks in the stronghold without defeating the ender dragon.
Note: This data pack (and this data pack description) may have mistakes in them, this data pack has not been extensively tested and may require more play-testing. Furthermore, this data pack may be expanded upon, adding new custom creatures and items.

Sorry for taking so long to get back to you! The command /function r:summon/... is the command used to summon mobs for any means and should not be able to TP you, I imagine you are accidentally using the command /function r:mobs/summon/... which TPs the entity executing the command below the world.
I tested it a bit and I could see a major problem: wecan't break any block (as you mention), we can't place any either, but above all, we can't therefore place ender eyes to open the gate...
Could you fix this problem?
Thanks in advance ! :D
It has now been corrected so that your eyes can be placed in the end portal frames.:)
