This datapack allows you to drop an egg on a mob to capture it.

When the datapack is enabled, it will announce to chat.

Every mob that has a spawn egg(1.17) can be captured. To capture a mob, drop an egg on them and they will be captured. Note: Droppers cannot capture mobs.

I fixed the errors but if it does not work I do not think I will fix it.

I am pretty sure it works. I just haven't changed the compatibility number. 1.17 mobs still do not work.

can you make it possible to capture mobs without spawn eggs? it is possible by changing the id of a spawn egg to that mob

Too bad we can't capture Iron Golems, Snow Golems, Withers and Ender Dragons. Because they don't have spawn eggs.

It would be possible to configure it to capture these actually (probably be buggy with enderdragon) by using already existing spawn eggs and changing the id of the mob in the spawn egg.
