    This is an extensive survival datapack that is a fully reworked and more challenging sequel to it's original.
    It aims to make the game more complex and challenging, while keeping true to a vanilla feel.

    There are even more features, including:

    - Another overhaul of the tool tier system to make it better while retaining a vanilla feel
    - Removed seed and sapling drops to make the game more challenging
    - Better mob models
    - New item textures
    - Humanoid villagers and better village structures
    - Enchanting tables crafted with amethysts in place of diamonds
    - Spartan Weaponry! (see below for recipes)
    - New wool armor
    - Travalers in place of wandering traders (sell better loot)
    - Wolf hides which can be worn

    No tree punching mechanics and flint tools
    - Players need to craft flint tools instead of wooden ones to cut trees
    - Grass and ferns drop plant fiber
    - Logs can no longer be crafted into planks
    - Players will have to strip logs and the chop them to obtain planks


    New tool tiers:

    - Flint
    - Stone
    - Copper
    - Iron
    - Diamond
    - Ancient

    When using with other data and/or resource packs, please make sure that my datapack and resource pack have priority (are at the top of the list in the menu).

    Requires Optifine.

    Hi there,
    Really sorry to bother you, I really appreciate your work, and I tried to use this datapack on a server with a few friends. Seems like an awesome datapack, but as sure you may have guessed by now, I have encountered an issue with it. To get right to the point, the datapack doesn't seem to work (maybe it's just the server or conflict with other datapacks). I send down here an attachment from the console (it's both Brutal Survival AND Overhauled Survival 2)

    Yes I did install it correctly, I dragged both files in the datapack folder, have the resource packs but I found out that I still could break the tree logs with hand. I really hope to be able to use this in my server, as your work is truly AMAZING.

    Do the packs contain mcmeta files in their root directories? Check that.

    Sorry, I'm not familiar with this, but does it mean that I have to make it that, like, when you unzip the file, that the first thing you see is the mcmeta files and the other stuff?

    You dont. Its meant to be non-renewable.

    yeah, but idk what to remove from the pack, along with what to remove from the texture pack

    for dp: remove everything besides the crafting folder (minecraft and hostile)
    for rp: remove everything but custom textures, CIT in Optifine, models, and lang.json
