📖 About
This datapack brings corpses into the game. It will spawn upon your death containing all your items that you had in your inventory.
You can also configure the datapack via the config function (/function corpse_jj:config). Keep in mind that you need command execution permissions to open the config.

❓ FAQ
What is the difference between this datapack and other datapacks/mods that adds graves/corpses?
This datapack is highly optimized and has readable code, making it very easy to maintain. Unlike other datapacks, this one uses mannequins, so you don't need any resource pack. This data pack does not overload the user with unnecessary features and keeps the vanilla style.
How can I find out the location of death using this datapack?
You can't. I won't be adding this to my datapack because the game already has a recovery compass that provides this feature.

Have something to say?
If you have Armor that has a Trim on it for some reason it rerolls what Trim and Material it is when you collect the items from the corpse
i had a netherite helmet with diamond scilence trim on it and i collected it it turned into a netherite helmet with copper and flow trim, then i died again and it turned back into diamond trim but a different trim pattern
