Required Resource Pack
24
From laser turrets to force fields, Lockdown adds security-themed blocks/items to secure your base against intruders!
Features:
Wireless Redstone:
Several of these devices operate through wireless redstone (such as the keycard scanner). Use the redstone receiver/redstone transmitter to pick up or send out these invisible signals.
Work Stations:
• Secure Crafting Table:
Used to craft all of the devices in the data pack.
Crafted in a regular crafting table—see the vanilla recipe book.
• Secure Recipe Book:
Used to look up crafting recipes for the Secure Crafting Table.
Crafted in a regular crafting table—see the vanilla recipe book.
• Encoding Station:
Assigns a code to any encodable device. The device of choice is placed in the top slot, while three dye representing the code go in the bottom row.
Security:
• Keycard reader:
Detects players holding a keycard with the same code as itself within a five block radius.
When this occurs, it outputs a wireless signal to any receiver on the same channel.
Assign a code/channel using the Encoding Station.
• Laser Projector:
When powered, it emits a short-range laser that damages mobs that touch it.
• Alarm Lights:
Emits a rotating glow when it detects a wireless signal from a device on the same channel.
Assign a channel using the Encoding Station.
• Klaxon:
Plays an alarm sound-effect when powered.
Right click the block to cycle between available alarms.
• Force Field Projector
Projects an indestructible force field when powered.
Right click the block to cycle between different force field sizes, ranging from 1x1 to 5x5.
Defense:
• Defense turret:
Fires a laser beam at any hostile mob it detects within a fifteen block radius.
Will not attack players by default. However, when assigned a code, it will attack any player whose last held keycard does not match.
Optionally assign a code using the Encoding Station
• Defense drone:
Pursues any hostile mob it detects within a fifteen block radius, with a laser beam range of five blocks.
Will not attack players by default. However, when assigned a code, it will attack any player whose last held keycard does not match.
Optionally assign a code using the Encoding Station
• Drone Control Tower:
Manages nearby drones with the same code as itself. Any drone managed by a tower will not target mobs more than 30 blocks away from said tower.
Drones must have the "Drone Control Tower Upgrade" to receive signals from a control tower.
Assign a code using the Encoding station.
Upgrades:
Specialize drones and turrets with an upgrade. A drone/turret may have only one upgrade at a time.
To apply the upgrade, simply throw it at the drone/turret.
• Drone Control Tower Upgrade:
Required for drones to be managed by a Drone Control Tower.
• Durability Upgrade:
Increases the health of a drone or turret.
• Flamethrower Upgrade:
The laser from a drone or turret sets targets on fire.
Redstone:
• Wireless Transmitter:
When powered, it outputs a wireless signal to any receiver on the same channel.
Assign a channel using the Encoding Station.
• Wireless Receiver:
Outputs a redstone signal when it detects a wireless signal from a device on the same channel.
Assign a channel using the Encoding Station.
• Player Detector:
Outputs a redstone signal when it detects a player within a five-block radius.
• Mob Detector:
Outputs a redstone signal when it detects a mob within a five-block radius.
• Big Buttons:
Similar to a regular button, except more imposing!
When pressed, it outputs a wireless signal to any receiver on the same channel.
Assign a channel using the Encoding Station.
Cheats:
