Hi there,

This datapack adds new discs and allow you to "certify" the first disc ever found

Don't forget to download the resource pack (right below the datapack download button)

I take the music from this youtube playlist
And here are some criteria I made to select a music :

It should be an existing word
The theme / feeling you get from the music should fit into minecraft
A music must have an unique theme (example : only one music about golem, no more, even if the names are slightly different)

Custom Discs spawn like vanilla discs (skeleton killing a creeper, chest, ..)

Once you placed a jukebox, make sure note particules are popping on top of it
-> It will means that the block will be able to read custom discs

To know what are the new music, go check the credits

Unique Discs

[1.15 - 1.18]

When you get a disc in your inventory, the system will detect if anybody found this disc before
If it's the first one to be found, it'll have a new text to mark it as unique ("Certified")
If it was found before, it'll not have the custom text, and custom effects won't work wit it

Custom Effects

[1.15 - 1.18

]When having a Certified disc in your inventory, you can have custom effects enabled (I haven't made effect for any discs yet, but you can make them yourself)

To change the discs' effects, go into data\mcr_discs_overhaul\functions\effects and change the effect name for each discs (and remove the # at the beginning of the line)

Notes

- Completely compatible with my other packs

- To see the settings, use /function mcr:discs/settings

- To uninstall the pack, first enter this command /function mcr:discs/uninstall
Then disable the datapack/ delete the file from your world save

- Works on Single and Multiplayer

- The datapack was made and tested in 1.17.1 -> I don't know if it works as intended in older/ newer versions
I will eventually test the other versions and fix bugs if there are any

- The Datapack detects automatically in which version you're playing, you don't need to do anything

- If you find a video of this datapack on youtube, send the link in the comments and I'll pin it somewhere here (whatever the language of the video is)

- I remove Messages reporting bug that have been fixed, so other are not "misled" by them

- Discs can now be obtainable in survival
-> Like vanilla discs (skeleton killing a creeper, chests, ..)

- No need to place a item frame on top of a jukebox anymore, it's now fully automatic
