Hello Everyone!
This is my attempt at recreating Terraspark Boots from Terraria as closely as possible. Some of the mechanics are identical and all of them are very similar or equivalent to the already existing Minecraft mechanics. As you can probably tell, the Accessories are scattered all over the world in some structures. The first one - and the most important one - is Tinkerer's Workshop which you can half of the time purchase from Wandering Trader. Here you can combine all previously found Accessories.

But what are those Accessories?
Well, if you've ever had a chance to play Terraria, then you would already know that these are used to craft other, more complex Accessories. For example: by putting both Hermes Boots (that grand super fast speed after running for a second or two) and Rocket Boots (that allow flight by shifting midair) you receive the Spectre Boots which grand you both of the abilities. All details regarding those things can be found in the Guide.

What Guide? - You may ask.
So, the first thing that you'll see when entering a new world is a message saying, that you can type < /trigger Guide > to get one. If you do so, You'll gain a special Guide that will aid you with every single little thing that you may ask for, so no worries!

Can I try this on Survival then?
Yes, the datapack is specially prepared for survival experience, so I strongly encourage you to try it out and share your thoughts!
Also, if you wish, I added commands that (for the operator only) enable you to get every Accessory < /function give:<name of the specified item> >, so you can try all these things on creative too if you're curious as a datapack creator.

I'd also try to expand and update that datapack further with other accessories and so on. As for now, there are only accessories required to craft Terraspark Boots, nothing more.
