My new Datapack Allows you to mine any spawner (natural generated or created using spawners + spawn eggs in creative)
it also allows you to select what pickaxe do you want to be able to use to mine a spawner and it drop, also if Silktouch is really necessary, or if you need a permission (/tag add <name> permission.ultimatess) to be a ble to use the Ultimate Silktouch Spawner

Download, and drop your datapack in your world/datapcks folder, then do </function ultimatess:getinfo> to config How do you want to use.

Tested and Created in minecraft Java Edition 19w05a (snapshot for 1.14)

PS: I believe that this works on 1.13 aswell

I'v created the version 2.0 that allows any spawner to be silktouchable

Added Function ultimatess:getall where you can get every single spawner added (some will be dropped bcs there are more then a inventory of spawners)

Fixed Bug where Spawners placed in creative mode would become pig spawners after spawning 1 time

I'd be suprised if this was a 1.13 datapack but this is not bad at all

as I said, built and tested in 19w05a, but I think that this works in 1.13.2, I'v just created a world in 1.13.2, gone to a mineshaft and successfully broke and placed the cave_spider spawner, so probably is fully functional in 1.13

Sorry for the late answer, I'll add a single use option to that datapack that will break the pickaxe if you mine a spawner, but last week I was with no computer, so in the next few days I'll add that
