Paletted Theme 2: The Sequelmood

lvr EmeraldI've hit 500 Subscribers! Due to a majority vote on my last forum thread, Paletted Theme v.2 won by a landslide to be the contest I celebrate with. I'd like to quickly thank everyone for supporting me. Now to move onto the information.
RULES
1. Only 45 people can enter
2. You can't have a theme or palette someone else is using
3. If you can't participate after signing up, please make me aware.
4. Don't be disrespectful to me or other contestants.
5. HD skins and Mobskins are allowed.
6. One entry per person.
7. This contest is meant to be about creativity, so be creative with your entries.
8. If you'd like to be a judge, private message me. You'll need to have discord.
9. Do not recolor or re-upload skins for this contest, you can remake old skins but they need to be made for this contest.
10. YOU CAN REPLACE 3 COLORS ON THE PALETTES. WHITE AND BLACK ARE ALLOWED.
11. Don't private message me for no reason please.

Each person has to pick one palette and one theme to make into a skin, once someone picks a theme and palette those themes and palettes aren't allowed for the next person to enter. It's first come, first serve.
Each skin will be judged on 3 categories, Creativity, Technique and Execution.
The deadline is May 25th.

I think i will join just a few things do you have to use all the colors in the palette or just most of them, and are you aloud to add colors for shading

You don't have to use all of the colors, you can replace 3 colors on the palette, but you won't be able to use the colors you replace.

No, as long as the color isn't there for the finished product it's all good. Also pure white and pure black are allowed outside of palettes :)
