SonicRushXII here. This is gonna be my first and last post here, I didn't even know this was a feature
If you don't know me. I've been here for quite a while and I've opened my account 8 years ago. However I've only been active since 2021. My main brand of content was making character abilities in Minecraft.(Sans Undertale, Sonic the Hedgehog, Spider-Man etc.). It was one of the most fun things I've ever done. Really making you feel like them in Minecraft. I mainly started this because I'd always watch scenes like that in the media I liked and wanted to get that same feeling for myself
I learnt Minecraft Commands from Dragnoz in early 2010s and switched to datapacks when Covid-19 came around.
To this day, I'm genuinely surprised that other people were interested enough to watch, download or request datapacks. To have any other human interested in my work is something I am very grateful for. I wanted to serve everyone's requests but for obvious reasons I physically couldn't lol
As the years went by I continued to make stuff until I felt like I was fully satisfied with what I've done. I felt like every cool thing I wanted to do in my mind's eye I created into Minecraft. And the ones that I had left weren't really worth the effort it would require to make into a datapack. I still continued past that point but it felt more like a job, it didn't have that Magical spark like it did individually. Hence why my uploads slowed down. (That and the fact I was in Coolege now)
Now I've grown up a good bit and after a lot of personal growth and struggle, I officially made it through college and got a job offer. With this major life goal attained, I don't think there's any room for MC Datapacks/Mods in my life anymore.
Therefore, It's bittersweet to announce that I'm retiring. There won't be any more mods/datapacks from me anymore. To all who've downloaded or played with my stuff, thank you. Watching other people have the same fun that I did was one of the few times I'd genuinely smiled in my life.
Sad to see you go but I'm happy for you!! Congratulations! Thank you so much for all those datapacks they make the game so much fun. If you ever come back for a little Minecraft phase I'm sure all of us will still be here for you.
Thank you for what you've done, your datapacks and mods were always so fun, i especially liked the glitchtale gaster one, but i can see why your not doing it anymore, good luck SonicRushXII, you were my and many others favorite datapack creator.

Well, a jam is a PMC feature that allows people to submit skins, texture packs, maps, etc. often going off of a theme. This one in particular is autumn/fall themed. It will likely be held during… well… Fall!
Help bring our upcoming October in-game event to life by creating a festive NPC skin! Think scarecrow farmers, pie vendors, wandering storytellers, anyone you'd meet at a cozy Fall celebration. Give them a name, a location in the festival, and maybe even a few fun lines of dialog. Your creation could become part of the festival world!
We're gearing up for an exciting Fall Festival on Planet Minecraft, and we need your creativity to make it spectacular! Join the Planting Season Jam by contributing builds, blogs, or art inspired by autumn themes like harvest, cozy vibes, and festive celebrations.
How to Participate:
Builds & Assets: Create structures or decorative items that capture the essence of fall.
Blogs & Art: Share stories, ideas, or artwork envisioning the perfect fall festival.
Submission Guidelines:
Theme: Focus on autumn-related concepts—think pumpkins, falling leaves, and harvest festivals.
Format: Provide your creations as Minecraft maps, schematics, or blog posts.
Compatibility: Ensure builds are compatible with Minecraft Java version 1.21.5.

We've revamped our Site Rules with new sections focused on Social Interactions and Moderation— to help make the platform more welcoming and transparent for everyone.
✅ What’s new?
Our content rules remain the same, but the Social section is all about outlining what’s already been happening naturally but wasn't documented! This is to help newcomers understand how to engage positively and give everyone a clearer reference point. Ideally, if it helps prevent even small misunderstandings or frustrations, it's a win.
The Moderation section provides some insight into our responsibilities and actions. It's one small step towards offering transparency so you know how we keep the community fun, safe, and respectful. We're working on a larger update to this end.
We’re also compiling FAQs to make your PMC experience even smoother for both new members and exploring features of our platform! You can help us out by posting in this forum. Just prepend your thread title with “FAQ:” and—bonus points!—if you can provide the answers in your thread. Every contribution helps the community grow stronger and helps us understand what needs to be answered!
Let’s keep building an awesome community together.
Didn’t finish my bed by dark, so I just dug a hole and squeezed in.
