This is an intricate way I know helps others and has eevn worked for me- however it's so hard to explain how to do it and you're one of the lucky ones who can achieve it the simple way XD x

Hold some water in your mouth, place your hands atop the crown of your head, hold it down so your neck slightly presses into your neck and shoulders, then swallow whilst holding your head down- see if that helps x
