I really like it so far, I preordered the ult edition and I don't regret it yet xd
Performance is really surprising actually. I can run at like 100-ish fps on my 3070 with mostly high settings, but if you drop the global illumination from high to medium it runs wayy better, pretty close to the original (though it does look somewhat worse, obviously)
I personally like how high looks so I keep it there, but it definitely can run well if you tweak the settings

YokaiS • 2026-09-30 00:36:41

heavily considering buying it, is it better than the first one? i was watching a stream and noticed there were some nice new mechanics like arrows restocking themselves. and hows the performance? :)

What are your guys' top 3 most played games?
1. Minecraft - 2653-ish hours, not totally sure about Java's playtime
2. Fortnite - 1124 hours, probably 600+ in Save the World (really good campaign by the way)
3. Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War - I think 500 hours or something like that

Nowadays I would say the Batman Arkham games.

Any other games I play on my Switch, 3DS and Xbox One.

BigFatPotat That's over two entire years of nonstop playing Minecraft I'm not sure about that one
Turret64 • 2026-09-13 00:28:58

you underestimate how f###ing much i play minecraft
also, arandomcat04 has a 3 year old world, (as in 3 years of playtime)

additionally, im homeschooled, so i get a lot more time to play games

1. I have 1,368 hours on minecraft, but that's only on one installation, on modrinth, which i only got like a few months ago, but on my main account, if i was able to check, it's likely very high, like 18,000 minimum
and then on steam,
2. Terraria with 853.7 hours
3 .Noita with 662.6 hours
