    lmao that part of her bio is a year old at least, i don't think she remembers that it's there. it was before i switched to they/them pronouns and was also in the period of time i was inactive (hence the rip). we also talked in-person about it when i did make the switch, in which i told her i don't really care, they/them is just my default (this is also on my strawpage, in less words). if i did really care, i would bring it up. i appreciate the concern though <3

    thinking about fashion for the first time in my life cause it just occurred to me that if i go to MFF, there is a VERY low chance that the fursuit will be finished by then so i’ll be doing a partial. which means i’ll be wearing normal clothes. and it would be hella lame if i showed up in just my standard t-shirt and cargo pants

    only problem is all i have are t-shirts and cargo pants cause thats literally all i wear. i have 7 copies of one outfit along with two silly shirts, one long sleeve shirt, and a couple jackets of varying thickness. thats it, thats my entire wardrobe

    … although… i just got an idea that might work… i’ll have to do some outfit testing tomorrow…

    wonder what my eyes’ default focus distance is

    like when you unfocus your eyes they kinda drift apart a bit. but moving like that is how the eyes adjust to looking at things at different ranges, which means the unfocused resting position is also the optimal position for a specific distance. i wanna know what that distance is

    was scrolling twitter doing research, saw someone who had the genius idea of threading a collar through two of their belt loops so it kinda hangs above the pocket. didnt save the post unfortunately so i lost the image (and i aint recreating it rn) but it actually looked pretty good, kinda reminded me of wallet chains

    i might steal that idea if i ever go partial fursuiting…..

    at my limit. I feel like Im one little push away from a mental breakdown
    so much is happening at once, school is rapidly approaching, I'll be dealing with post-concussion symptoms for the first week :/ and I also have to help my dad around the house more because of my mom. (for context she's healing from severe burns) Im so stressed right now

    crazy how everything conveniently decides to happen at the same time... it really is a terrible stroke of bad luck
    I always feel like I'm gonna break too, and when I think things can't get worse, they do. and... I guess I'm still fine somehow? but yeah, feels like one little thing's gonna happen to bring everything down. but it never really comes ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
    yeah... things do seem horrible for you rn- and yes, it will get better eventually, but doesn't change how bad it feels to be in it :/
    but uhh drink lots of water, get some rest, give your eyes a break every once and awhile, and if the concussion gets bad then don't feel afraid to take some Tylenol every once and awhile! And maybe even take a walk sometimes too, if you can. might sound cheesy but it can bring some stress away
    Oh and get lots of hugs 🫂 they're great too! There's also me giving you a virtual hug as well. I know how hard it is, I've been there (I am there lol) and there will be another side to this <3

    i'm so sorry. that's hard. trust me though, it will pass, then when things start getting better - even just the slightest bit - you will have a newfound appreciation for good things, however rare they come around.

    I’m so sorry.. it’ll get better though, don’t worry!! On the bright side, maybe you’ll have less to do around the house once school starts? And the concussion will go away as well, so it’ll slowly begins to fade. You just need to hold out a little bit longer- you can do this, Malty
