This map was made with the plugin UhcCore in mind, but can easily be used for PvP matches in general. The outer ring consists of 12 spawn rooms, each with a lapis lazuli block in the middle where teams/players are supposed to spawn.
Dimensions: 67 high, 192 wide and 192 long (when including outer bedrock layer).

So today I was faced with the dilemma of converting a 1.15 schematic to a 1.12 schematic - and I found this method which will also work for you:
- Paste the build in an empty 1.13/14/15/16 world (or get the world download from this page)
- Download Jupisoft's Minecraft Tools
- Use the convert world to 1.12 tool and select the arena world. Make sure to set it to replace newer blocks with something similar (honeycomb to yellow terracotta, etc.). Otherwise, the tool might make it look odd
- Once the conversion is done, open up the world in 1.12 and save the arena as a schematic with World Edit, Schematica, or any similar mod
- Done :)
