Apartment Building

This is a mid-rise 11-story apartment building with individual units (92 in total). Each apartment is about 1930 sqft (180 sqm) including the balcony space, bedroom, living room, and kitchen. Each unit has two storage chests, a work bench, a furnace, counter space, bookshelves, and a bed. This design is inspired and loosly based off of the Marina Lofts currently being built in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. That project is designed by Bjarke Ingels Group
