NOTE: This looks best (and probably only looks good) using my ROMECRAFT texture pack, found HERE
This is an accurate Roman fortress, placed on a regular minecraft map just for you! The fortress includes all the necessities of a roman fortress - the Praetorium (Garrison Commander's house, or Legate's house), the Praetorium (headquarters), 4 barracks blocks (enough for 800 - 1000 men!), a Valetudinarium (hospital) and four utility buildings, currently used as latrines, kitchens, and dining halls for each barracks block. This fortress is based off the Auxiliary fortress of Vindolanda, near Hadrian's wall, and is the classic "playing card" shape of any Imperial Roman fortress.
The only thing left is a bathhouse! But, due to it being a fire hazard, it must be built outside the fort - I bet you can do that part!
