Another purely functional design intended to help flesh out a Medieval city or town.
Like many of my designs, this one has a story behind it too. This building was taken from a Dungeons & Dragons tabletop game; it was the home to a local crime kingpin known as "The Fatman". The ground floor is a warehouse area where he stores his stolen goods. The second floor, a sitting area for his goons to hang out between jobs. The third floor is the crime-lord's personal apartment (complete with walk-in vault to store his ill-gotten treasures), and the fourth, top floor is where his servants live.
But for those 7 billion (minus 5) who have no interest in my D&D campaign, just consider this a modest apartment for the middle-class part of a Medieval-era town.
Note: I've dropped the structure on a 16x16 tile (1 chunk) for display purposes, but I recommend the tenement abut other buildings directly.
I am making this schematic available to the public so others can use them in projects of their own.
Feedback is very welcome so leave a comment if you find this interesting or useful.
As with all my designs, best used with the JohnSmithLegacy texture pack.
Like this design? Check out my Walled Medieval Town ,my Motte & Bailey Castle, the Abandoned Farm, the Greenfeathers Inn and the Hill Manor. Or check out my Valley of the Knock landscape.
You are welcome to use this design in any non-commercial mod or design of your own. All I ask is that you give me proper attribution and, if you make your work available to the public, I ask that you send me a link.
