Well, we all know the feeling when you have a project/submission that a group of people work on, yet only one person can take credit for it on PMC. This person, may not do the most, but he gets the credit above others(Because to be honest, how many of us actually look at the credits for projects.)
So what I think, is that you can open a group in PMC, a group in which under a name, stands for all members in it. For example:
If you post a skin, and everyone worked on it, you can mark it as Group made, and select the group that you have that worked on it. With this, the XP earned by this, the credit, and much more can be shared among a group of people equally.
It's had a lot of work, actually; behind the scenes, groups are somewhat finished and working, but they're used for internal things only atm.
Opening them up to public creation and management is something that we have to do a lot more testing with before we're comfortable flipping the switch.
Since 2010, 5.6 million Minecraft fans have joined PMC to create, share, and grow together. Whether you're here to browse, show your support or level up your skills, you're invited to be part of our community.

Well that's my idea,
Thanks,
