I use PMC on both my phone (android, chrome) and PC (windows, chrome). I find that if I like/diamond/favorite/etc a post on one device, it's still greyed out on the other. If I try to like the same post again on the other device (where it's greyed out), it'll light up as if you just liked it but will say you revoked your like/diamond/favorite/etc. This makes it very difficult to tell what you have/have not liked already.
I made a wall post about this earlier and it seems like a lot of people are having this issue, even some who are only using PMC on one device.
set status to Accepted, assigned Cyprezz. Yes, it's due to server side caching. We plan on changing the way the system works so that caching is less aggressive while also speeding up the site for those that have given thousands and thousands of diamonds / favs.

Diamonds/Favorites/Likes don't show up correctly
